お好きな商品を選び、ご希望サイズと数量を選択し、「カートへ入れる」ボタンを押してください。
ご希望商品が在庫切れの場合があります。
あらかじめ「在庫をみる」ボタンより、ご希望商品の在庫をご確認ください。

購入手続きへ進む

ショッピングカート画面で商品と金額を確認し「購入手続きへ進む」ボタンを押してください。

購入者情報を入力します

「お名前」「ご住所」「電話番号」「メールアドレス」など、お買い物に必要な情報を入力してください。
※当店のカートは「SSL」で個人情報が暗号化されています。

お支払い方法を選ぶ

お支払い方法を選択し「次へ」ボタンを押してください。

注文内容をご確認ください

注文内容をご確認ください。間違いがなければ「この内容で注文する」ボタンを押してください。
ご注文完了！ありがとうございます。

商品到着までの流れ

通常在庫がある商品につきましては、ご注文から２～３営業日で発送いたします。
一部出荷が遅れる商品に関してはメールにて納期のご連絡をいたします。

お支払方法

お支払いは、クレジットカード決済（手数料無料）、代金引換（手数料無料）、後払い（コンビニ・銀行・郵便局）、PayPayよりお選びいただけます。

■クレジットカード決済
クレジットカードの種類はVISA／MasterCard／JCB／AMERICAN EXPRESS／DinersClubの5種類がご利用いただけます。
カード決済手数料は無料です。（当店負担）



■代金引換
商品ご到着時に、商品代金、送料をお支払いください。
代引き手数料は無料です。（当店負担）

■後払い
商品の到着を確認してから、「コンビニ」「郵便局」「銀行」で後払いができる、安心・簡単な決済方法です。
利用手数料：一律185円
※請求書は商品とは別に郵送されます。
※請求書の記載事項に従って発行日から14日以内にお支払いください。
※ご請求書紛失等のお問い合わせは『株式会社Eストアー　後払い窓口（03-6908-5100）』へお願いいたします。

■電子マネーPayPayでのお支払いもできます。

送料について

■送料は一回のご注文につき、全国一律600円(税込)がかかります。

■運送会社は弊社指定の運送会社とさせていただきます。

返品・交換

商品の品質については万全を期しておりますが、万一商品が破損・汚損していた場合、またはご注文と異なる場合は、ご到着後日7間以内に電話またはメールにてご連絡ください。

■お客様都合での返品、交換は未使用品に限り承ります。（イメージと違う、サイズが合わない、注文を間違えた、など。）
商品ご到着後、7日間以内に電話またはメールにてご連絡ください。
この際の送料等は、お客様のご負担になります。

但し、下記に該当する商品の返品・交換は一切お受けできかねますことを予めご了承ください。

・商品到着後、8日以上経過した商品
・ご使用になられた商品
・下げ札などの付属品を紛失・破棄された場合
・お客様のもとで汚れ、破損が生じた場合

※「ご注文確認メール」以降、変更、キャンセルをする場合は、別途料金がかかりますのでご了承ください。

MOVERネットショップ会員にご登録いただくと、お買い上げ金額の2％がポイント加算されます。
ポイントは1P＝1円にてご利用いただけます。
また新規会員ご登録時には、500ポイントをプレゼントいたします。

●Choose a product and add it to your shopping cart
After selecting a product and choosing your size, click on the Add to Cart button : 「カートへ入れる」to add the product to your shopping cart.
In some cases, products may be out of stock. You can verify the current stock of the product by clicking on the View Stock Button : 「在庫をみる」

●Checkout
If you are ready to complete your order, please verify the total price displayed and click on the checkout button to proceed to the checkout page

●Checkout Process Step 1 (Order Shipping and Billing Information)
Please complete the required fields for your name, address, city and other related information.
If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please click on the checkbox for Same as Billing Address and complete the fields for the shipping address as well.

●Checkout Process Step 2 ( Order Confirmation)
On this page, please again verify the items you wish to order and double check the total price, your billing and shipping information and your credit card details.

If everything is in order, please click on Make an order to complete your order or click on Previous to go back a page and make corrections to your information.

●Order Processing Flow
Normally, If your ordered items are in stock, we will ship them within 2 to 3 business days.
In the event that more time is required to complete the order, we will contact you via email.

●Payment Methods
In addition to using a credit card, Japan residents may also chose from the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Pay Later (Convenience Store, Bank or Postal Transfer), PayPay

We accept Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX, and Diners Club

●Cash on Delivery
Upon delivery of your ordered items, please make payment in cash directly to the delivery driver.
No additional fee is applied for COD orders.

●Delayed Payment Options
By choosing a delayed payment option, you may take delivery of your order, verify the items and then make payment at a convenience store or via a bank or postal money transfer.
* An additional fee of 185yen per order applies.
* The order invoice will be sent separately from your order items.
* Please make payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
* If there are any issues with the invoice, you may contact E-Store Payment Services via phone at 03-6908-5100 (Japanese Language)

●Electronic Funds (Online Money)
We accept E Money Payment via PayPay

●Shipping
600yen for all domestic Japan based orders where the total purchase price is less than 10,000yen
Shipping is free for orders over 10,000yen.

Additional shipping charges apply for international orders.

●Return Policy
In the event of a order error, product damage or other defect, please contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving the item for return instructions.

In the event that the item does not meet your expectations (image or style) or does not fit as expected, please contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving the item. In these cases, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

*Please note that we can only accept returns of unworn and unused items.

In addition, we cannot accept any returns in the following cases:
* 8 days have passed since the item was received
* The item has been used or worn
* The items tags have been removed or are damaged
* The item has been damaged or its condition has been altered in any way (stains, dirt, dust, etc)

Additional fees may apply to any requests for changes to the order or order cancellation after we have verified your order and sent an order verification email.

●MOVER NET SHOP POINTS
*Domestic Japan Customers Only

Customers residing in Japan may register as shop members and will accumulate membership points of 2% based on total order price.

*Points may be redeemed at a value of 1yen per point.
*New members receive a bonus 500 points upon registration
*product reviews receive a bonus 100 points per completed review

-awarded points are calculated based on total prices rounded down to the nearest whole number
-points expire 12 months from the time received
-when redeeming points, points awarded for that order will be based on the remaining total calculated after subtracting the point value.

●Viewing your shopping cart and completing your order
（購入手続きへ進む）
You may change the shopping cart page language by setting the language selection in the dropdown at the top right of the shopping cart.
（ショッピングカートの右上にあるドロップダウンで言語の選択を設定することにより、海外発送用カート（英語）へ変更できます。）

Change the dropdown from 「日本語」to English to view the page in English.
From this point forward, your cart and checkout process may be completed in English instead of Japanese.
（ドロップダウンを「日本語」から「English」に変更してください。これより、カートとお支払いのプロセスは、日本語ではなく英語で行います。）

** NOTE: Customers residing in Japan should use the Japanese version of the cart as the English version is primarily intended for overseas customers and different shipping rates apply.
